Mizuho Skull Clamp Smart Fix

The Smart Fix system differs from the standard 3-pin systems with its semi-circular design and offering the possibility of fixing with 4-pin fixation.
The semi-circle design provides greater mobility in the surgical area.
The semicircular clamp slides circularly in the fixing groove and enables the head to be positioned at the desired angle.
All surgical instruments can be located on this circular frame and all accessories can be attached to the housing.
Both ends of the frame have two holes for attaching the Hand Rest and Tool Holder. The angle and height of the Hand Rests can be adjusted.
The Instrument Holder is insulated and used to hold Bipolar Forceps, Aspiration Tubes and other microsurgical instruments.
The subframe and semicircle are used to attach the skull hooks, the surgical pad tray and the self-retaining retractor.
